NT D500VA-500kVA 3Ph emergency power supply systems are a team-work between us and German professionals. The system adopts well international integrated Inverter Module, latest IGBT inversion technology, and CPU control, digital circuit, high integrated component. Real high-tech, environment-friendly, and patent products. The system guarantees primary loads, especially mission-critical power-reliable equipment of fire-protection and emergency-light with secondary or third backup power.
Mains ac input supplies to loads via system’s intercast device when ac is normal, meanwhile, charger re-charge battery intelligently. When ac mains input voltage fluctuates/exceeds 25% or ac blackouts, ac detector will instruct inverter with a signal, inverter runs then intercast device transfers to inverter-mode, inverter feed pure sine wave power to loads with batteries discharged. When ac mains input recovers, system returns to ac mode again.
NT D0.5-500kVA works in 3Ph+N(GND), batteries fixed internal, autonomy exceeds 90 minutes normally. The system inbuilt with LCD display, power compensator, rectifier, charger, Net brand batteries of 500-1000 cycles and inverter, monitor and PDU. System design life exceeds 20 years.

Battery charger adopts high-frequency Switch Mode charger module, recharge batteries in average and float stage intelligently, charger rating meets EPS demand.

Inverter
Inverter adopts latest IGBT thyristors of high quality best performance. Converting DC voltage from batteries discharge to 1ph/3ph sine wave ac voltage, inverter rated power meets EPS demands well.
■ Novel IGBT meets emergency light loads(sensitive, capacitive and non linear load), load power factor 0.95-1..
■ Inverter efficiency exceeds 95%..
■ Inverter limits THDi lower than 3% with 100% linear load, without any ac filter.
■ Inverter’s bridge-arm has no protection, therefore, we suggest vendor avoid any damage on bridge-arm’s solid state board by over-current.
■ No fuse or circuit breaker fixed with inverter output circuit. .
■ Fuse no hint of burnt benefits to trained technician’s maintenance job.
■ Inverter output no isolation transformer.
