System Advantage
DL10-80kVA meets global power plants & sub-stations to safe-guard mission-critical equipments strict demanding high-quality power protection, such as power transmission sites,RTU(Remote Terminal Unit), PLC(Power Line Carrier), SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) etc. DL series applied to power industry very wide with online double conversion design, uninterruptible transfer via STS and SCR.
When mains 3 phase ac input voltage feeds ups from distribution board normally, ups will isolate ac voltage and supply to rectifier and filter, inverter converts Dc voltage back to pure sine wave clean, stabilized voltage to loads. Upon mains ac blackout, backup DC panel supply DC voltage to inverter, inverter’s backstop diode converts DC voltage back to pure sine wave AC voltage to supply loads. When DC panel under-voltage or fails, STS of ups will transfer to bypass-mode for loads. Or When inverter fails, STS will also transfer to bypass-mode to supply loads, meanwhile, monitor system alarm on inverter fault signal. When mains ac input recovers, ups automatically transfer back to AC-mode: inverter output to loads as usual.
Main Features
DL10-80kVA adopts advanced technology to performs best in harsh condition of power industry sites. CPU control, automatic detection and management, high efficiency from high frequency topology IGBT-inverter, low THDi, absolute isolate pure sine wave output voltage from complicate mains ac input source, full isolate DC panel from complicate mains ac input source too, intelligent inspection and monitor: electrical independent contact and RS232/RS485 slot, mimic LCD monitor interface displays important working modes and operation parameters clearly, operation language options: English, Chinese. TL10-80kVA standard cabinet meets power station ups-room demand. Comprehensive protection: over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current and short-circuit etc.
Rectifier
3Ph mains ac input voltage supply to rectifier via assorted input isolation transformer. Rectifier output DC voltage to inverter normally and performs best to stabilize DC output tolerance within 5%, with mains ac input voltage fluctuates in 20% range, and inverter full loaded.
Inverter
TL10-80 designed with high frequency IGBT-inverter with micro-processor and digital technology excellently. High frequency IGBT-module converters DC voltage into pure sine wave ac voltage, reduces harmonic distortion well, shorten ac filter for best electrical performance when load level varies transiently.
DC panel
As a backup power purpose, DC panel will uninterruptible supply to loads when mains ac input under-voltage or blackout. System monitor displays signal when DC panel discharge to feed inverter, and alarm signal when DC panel reaches EOD/End of Discharge, the ups transfers to bypass-mode or secondary ac supply via independent bypass configured.
Dual AC input(Mains AC input & Secondary AC input)
Via ups independent bypass terminals, vendor may have a secondary AC mains input supply either from external generator or another independent power grid source. When mains ac input fails, secondary ac input works, DC panel feeds inverter when dual input source failure.
STS
Via STS, TL10-80kVA may transfer to bypass or DC panel supply from normal working(AC-mode or inverter mode) automatically or manually. Uninterruptible zero transfer.
Intelligent monitor
TL10-80kVA ups designed with intelligent monitor to transmit power supply signals to DCS control system. Remote monitor slots include RS232, RS485, electrical independent contact.
